Instagram model Photoshopped her images to fit the ideals of the trolls who body shame her and the result is horrifying.

Negative comments

Fitness blogger Chessie King who has 332,000 followers on Instagram received negative comments from her haters regularly, some of which are incredibly harmful and toxic. She did something rather unusual with the comments abusive comments.

She edited herself to suit body shamers ideals

Chessie King photoshopped the images to look like what the trolls told her and added them to her Instagram, and the end result is scariest nightmares.

She edited her pictures every time someone left a nasty comment.

Shamer called her fatty, claiming her arms and legs were too big.

"You don't even fill out that sports bra," said another.

She wrote on her story: "I'll never be able to please everyone."

She also share a video along with the caption:

"HIS IS ME. THIS IS MY BODY No flattering angles, no flattering lighting, just me & my body feeling on top of the world. We all have days where we feel super duper good but we don’t share them enough. I want YOU to feel confident enough to dance around in your underwear & embrace any wobble you have! A few years ago I would never have posted this, all I cared about back then was being the leanest I could, going to the gym as many times as I could a week & counting every calorie I ate Even at my smallest, when I was training the most & eating the least, I just wanted to cover up my body because it wasn’t my idea of ‘perfect’ Now my priority is to be happy & comfortable in my own skin, & today I appreciate my body & what it does for me. We were not made to be Barbie dolls who LOOK insanely good 24/7, we were made to be HUMAN & we should all be allowed to FEEL insanely good 24/7. Come at me keyboard warriors, you can say what you want but nothing will knock me down."

Here is the final Photoshopped version of Chessie.

Chessie then posted a video of the finished product, writing: "If we changed our body for every troll, listened to every cyber bully, we would be monsters. Whether you have 23 followers or 3 million, NO ONE should have to deal with regular hate online. Watch my highlighted stories to see how my body ended up looking like this."

Chessie told Mashable:

"I always receive some form of trolling, I mostly receive messages that I am too big to be in the fitness world too tall for a girl or telling me that my contouring is awful—when the dark patches on my skin are actually from my acne scarring."

She added:

"I really hope that this helps anyone at any age who could have 25 followers to over 2 million followers to know that they’re not alone and there is help out there, I also hope this will inspire people to shut the trolls out and refuse to take horrible messages to heart."

Her post is helping so many.

wendyletton_flutterbyimagery: "This is so sad and hilarious. Sad that these trolls exist but your response is hilarious. I would love to look like you and would be proud to show it off."

alycemunr: "You’re awesome @chessiekinggI’m sorry you’ve had such an sh-t week. There are some seriously weird people out there. I don’t understand why they think it’s ok. Keep doing what you’re doing. You help so many people, I included."

deanad33: "Great video! all teenage girls should see this! thank you! btw you are beautiful just the way you are!

crisalmusica" "People who criticize everything ones do they have never achieved anything Cause they don’t know the value of hard-working, is damn hard to wake up early in the morning go to work or school, make sure you do all your daily responsibilities and even you are dead tired you hit the gym cause you are stronger than excuses!!."
