3 Fireball nips
2/3 c. Caramel
Using a melon baller, remove the stem and some of the fruit from the top of the apples.
#3 Finishing it off.
Unscrew fireball caps and place the apple stem-side down on the open bottle, like a cap. Twist the apple with a small amount of force on the Fireball to secure the opening.
Flip apple over so the fireball is sticking up. Pour caramel around the bottle where it meets the apple. Chill for 10 minutes in the refrigerator and serve.
#4 Once you have finished chilling these serve them up.
