When you sneeze the first one is to loosen up the irritant. The next sneeze moves it into position for the third sneeze to remove it. Now you know.

#9 Stop stressing.

Stress is a leading killer of people whether it is physical or mental health related. Stress can also harm your appearance such as making your hair fall out. It's time to cut out the stress.
