18-year-old Evoni Williams was busy in her work and doing what she always does, that is serving people food and helping people along with their small tasks. Little did Williams know, her act of kindness will be noticed by the world and she will be recognized all over the world for her sweet gesture of helping an elderly man in cutting his food, Not only this, Williams received a scholarship from her dream school and even got a day dedicated to her name.

18-year-old Evoni Williams is rewarded with a $16,000 college scholarship for her kindness in helping an elderly man in cutting his food when the man was not able to do so himself. Williams works at the Texas Waffle House in La Marque, Texas to save money for college and was photographed by another customer Laura Wolf, who uploaded the picture on Facebook.

According to Laura, an elderly man came to eat during Williams shift. The man was on oxygen and was struggling with his food. The man told Williams that his hands are not working good and without saying a single word, Williams started slicing up the old man's food.

#3 Laura Wanted To Share The Sweet Story With The Whole World

Seeing the whole scene in front of her, Laura silently took pictures and posted the story on social media and wrote, "I don’t know her name but I heard this elderly man tell her his hands don’t work too good. He was also on oxygen and struggling to breathe. Without hesitation, she took his plate and began cutting up his ham.This may seem small but to him, I’m sure it was huge."
